Are you allowing people in the hospital?

Appointments will be conducted via Curbside Check-in unless you have your COVID-19 vaccines and show us your vaccine card. This is to help limit client and staff exposure to COVID-19. Please stay in your car and do not attempt to enter the practice lobby.

If I’m not allowed in, how do I know what’s going on?

You will still be able to participate directly in our appointment via telephone or video conference if requested.

Are you accepting cash?

We are accepting cash at this time.

What services are you offering during COVID-19?

We are still performing Wellness Services, Vaccines, and Prescription Refills. Your routine care needs are still available. We are now able to perform elective surgeries such as Spay, Neuter, and Routine Dentistry.

What if I’m not feeling ill and my pet has an appointment?

We ask that any clients who have had respiratory illnesses or fevers within their household over the past two weeks notify us. If possible please ask a healthy friend or family member to bring your pet in. If no one is available to assist you a drop-off exam may be deemed necessary. You can be fully involved in decision-making via phone/video conference even if you cannot be physically present.

What safety precautions are you taking?

We have adopted CDC Recommendations to help keep our clients and staff safe and healthy. This includes continuous disinfection of all surfaces in our hospital. Between each exam, we disinfect every surface each patient has interacted with. Frequent hand washing, and maintaining safe social distances between staff members and clients as well. Our #1 core value at Alpine is to “Be Safe,” so you can rest assured we take our responsibility to you and your pets during this time seriously.
